Standing Up!

Wow. I can't believe I actually stood up to Nellie! Yes, it was hard (and scary), but I did it! Yay for me! I think things are getting better around here already. Nellie apologized after I got all mad and stood up for myself and admitted she was being not-so nice to me for no real reason. Then she called the principal of MM (also, her wealthy father) and told him that she wanted to be transferred back to Madame Montez. I felt a tad bit bad about the whole thing, but soon got over it when the idea sunk in.
As for Madi, she's liking FMSG a bunch! The girls (most of them anyway) are very nice. She met one girl named Samantha who was quite welcoming. Samantha Parkington (from the description) has brown hair and brown eyes and is BFF's with Nellie. Who knows? Maybe Nellie will change and the three could be good friends.
Since Madame Montez isn't too far away from FMSG- about 45 minutes- Madi is coming to my birthday party on Monday. I will be turning 11, which, in my opinion, is the best number in the entire universe! Sunny says she has a "surprise birthday gift" for me. I can't wait to see what! :-)
Most of my friends are coming. Who knows? Maybe I'll even invite Nellie!

Mad

Madi has left FMSG and has now started school at Madame Montez, where Nellie (key word here!) used to go. As I said in my previous post, someone was coming to FMSG in Madi's place. That someone was none other than Nellie O'Malley, the most annoying girl I've ever met. Why she wanted to go to FMSG after making fun of it at the theater the day I found out about Madi's move, I did not know. So, when I saw her big, white limousine pull into FMSG I decided to go ask myself.
"Nellie!" I nearly shouted. "What on Earth are you doing here? I thought you hated Frosted Meadows?"
"Oh, Cali, what ever gave you that idea?" Nellie laughed, sarcastically.
I felt like I was going to burst.
"Um, you told me you hated it the last time we talked," I said.
"Cali, calm down. This was all part of my plan. Persuade Madison to move to MM: CHECK! Transfer to FMSG: CHECK! Annoy Cali 24/7: a work in progress. That should explain everything!" Nellie smirked.
"Uhh!" That was all I could and wanted to say. The only way to stop Nellie from annoying the heck out of me was to pretend I didn't care...even if I really did.
And here I am now, taking my anger out on Sunny's laptop, typing away. Something has to be done with that girl, and I'm determined to get whatever that is done. Nellie O'Malley needs to get taught a lesson!
I think I might even have the perfect idea! It won't be anything that'll make her feel embarrassed or anything mean. I'm just going to stand up to her!

The Wizard of Oz & My Enemy

A picture of me with my Wizard of Oz dolls (Dorothy and Glinda) and my "ruby slippers"!

Thanks to my recent obsession with musicals Sunny decided to take me to Frosted Meadows Theater to see the Wizard of Oz movie. FMT usually shows classics or old movies so this was really cool. The theater is very neat inside (somewhat medieval looking) and BIG! But unfortunately Sunny wasn't allowed to take pics while in the theater. :-( Anyways, we got popcorn, Pepsi and Reese's Pieces at the theater and then sat down and talked until the movie started...then I saw another doll!!! She was a few rows ahead of our's so I asked Sunny if I could talk to her. She was very pretty and her hair was in a fancy-pancy style.
"Hi, I'm Cali," I said, smiling.
"Hello. My name's Nellie O'Malley," said the doll.
"Do you go to FMSG?" I asked. I guessed she did because that's practically the only doll school for miles.
"Uh, no. I go to Madame Montez Academy. Do you go to Frosted Meadows?" Nellie wondered.
I nodded.
"No wonder. Most of the richer dolls go to Madame Montez," laughed Nellie. I thought that sounded kind of snobby.
"Oh."
"Do you know Madison Ling?" asked Nellie.
My face brightened. "Yeah! She's one of my best friends."
"Oh...did she tell you?" Nellie said, her face suddenly looking sympathetic.
"Tell me what?" I asked.
"She's transferring to Madame Montez after winter break," Nellie said. "We met at a banquet in June and I told her about the school. She immedietly wanted an interview and Madame Montez immediately wanted her. Sorry...it's sort of my fault she's moving to a new school." Her voice was not sincere. Something about this Nellie person made me suspicious.
"Oh, okay," I said, waving to her and walking back to Sunny. I tried to enjoy the show but I had a gut feeling that me and Nellie were NOT going to be friends. I also was sad that Madi hadn't told me about Madame Montez Academy.

So I guess you could say I had a fun day (I went to see the Wizard of Oz) and a terrible day (NELLIE!!! and the fact that Madi is moving in the winter) all at once. I guess I'll just read book. That always makes me feel better! (especially Harry Potter...)

Bye!!!
